Job Description
NES Fircroft is looking for a Land Acquisition Associate to manage the acquisition strategy over project sites in Naga, Philippines. This role entails reviewing documentation, securing land rights, and coordinating with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in land acquisition for power or renewable energy projects along with strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English and Filipino is required, while knowledge of Bicolano is a plus.
