Job Description

ITW Performance Polymers is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager in Finland to drive growth with strategic customers in coatings and related markets. You will establish strong relationships, design and execute growth plans, and coordinate with distributors and internal teams to deliver customer value.

The role requires 3+ years of heavy-industry sales experience, prior experience selling to Equipment OEMs/ EPCs, epoxy coatings knowledge, and proficiency with CRM systems.
