Responsibilities
- Understand client end-goals and develop research objectives and plans
- Develop interview guides and surveys that address client needs
- Analyze survey results and prepare visual story decks for clients
- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment across various sectors and geographies
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional work experience
- Expertise in market research with familiarity in quantitative surveys
- Mandatory experience with methodologies such as conjoint, MaxDiff, or pricing analysis
- Proficiency in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with advanced analytics (Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, Latent Class, Key Drivers)
- Experience with data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python
- Bachelor's degree or greater in sociology, business, or data science
