Job Description
Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Finance Director–F&A to lead finance and accounting for a large-scale manufacturing operation. The candidate will drive close processes, governance, and operational improvements by partnering with operations and executive leadership on data-driven decisions.
The role demands 10–15 years in accounting/audit with a strong leadership track record, English fluency, and proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI. MBA is desirable; Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
