Job Description
Ontario Power Generation seeks a strategic Engineering Manager skilled in ECI/NPC systems and HVAC management. Ensure compliance and system reliability in a nuclear power environment.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Performance Engineering, focusing on technical leadership, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing equipment reliability. You will lead a dedicated engineering team, enhancing their skills while driving safe operating practices and performance improvements across the nuclear facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical integrity of ECI/NPC and HVAC systems
• Monitor performance and manage vulnerabilities in system operations
• Align engineering changes with safety and design standards
• Support maintenance planning and outage execution activities
• Mentor engineering staff and promote a safety-first culture
