Job Description

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Strategic Development Manager will drive the strategy and expansion of PSI's clinical business operations in Singapore and other Asia Pacific region. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies for expanding PSI clinical trial operations in the country and region, including site identification and evaluation.
• Build and maintain a database of potential and active sites for PSI's critical therapeutic areas, developing outreach plans for strategic regions.
• Monitor market trends, emerging therapeutic areas, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site investigators, staff, and healthcare administrators.
