Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high‑value Signature Success Plan customers achieve significant ROI with our platform.
The CSM acts as an extension of the customer’s team, guiding and advising on technical and business priorities. You will drive adoption of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform capabilities, manage stakeholder relationships, monitor usage and health, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to renew and expand the relationship.
