We provide workforce infrastructure solutions including Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), worker classification, compliance, payroll, and freelance management solutions for enterprises, AI companies, and talent marketplaces operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain weekly financial and operational reporting for leadership
- Improve visibility into cash flow, working capital, and funding exposure
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and collections performance
- Support forecasting visibility and scenario analysis for leadership
- Lead initiatives to improve invoicing accuracy and operational finance processes
- Support development of client-level profitability and margin reporting
- Analyze labor burden economics and payroll-related costs
