Job Description
Amazon seeks a Technical Account Manager for ES - LATAM - SOLA - Chile to guide enterprise customers in adopting AWS services. You will act as the customer's voice, craft strategies, and coordinate with AWS engineering to keep environments healthy while managing risk.
You will engage with senior leaders, resolve complex inquiries, and drive proactive service improvements across compute, storage, and networks, including travel up to 25% as required.
