We are looking for a candidate with expert knowledge of asset management within a Total Facilities Management (TFM) environment, supported by experience in technical services delivery.

The role will play a key part in influencing the client’s approach to asset management and driving effective, data-led decision-making across the estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver asset management objectives defined within the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Asset Management System Framework (AMSF) across the account
  • Embed AMSF Business Process Standards and consistent ways of working across all teams
  • Provide financial and asset intelligence, including Financial Management Reporting (FMR), to support decision-making
  • Translate asset data (condition, performance, risk, lifecycle) into strategic and financial insight
