Position Overview

Responsible for developing and expanding key mining accounts by delivering advanced welding, hardfacing, and wear protection solutions that reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and lower total cost of ownership.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow strategic mining accounts across Alberta/Western Canada.
• Promote advanced welding, wear protection, and surface protection solutions to mining operations.
• Identify equipment wear challenges (crusher components, buckets, chutes, conveyors, mill liners, etc.) and recommend value-added solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess maintenance needs and identify opportunities.
• Work closely with maintenance managers, reliability engineers, planners, and procurement teams.
