We are looking for an experienced STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Supervisor with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and supervising sewage treatment plants. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of STP processes such as MBBR, SBR, MBR, ASP, and related sewage treatment technologies. Experience in operating pumps, blowers, clarifiers, dosing systems, filters, sludge handling equipment, and related machinery. Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance. Familiarity with Pollution Control Board (PCB) norms and environmental compliance. Ability to monitor water quality parameters and maintain operational records. Key Competencies: Team supervision and manpower management. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Strong focus on safety and statutory compliance.
