Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Administration

• Oversee overall store operations and administrative activities

• Ensure smooth functioning of daily processes

2. Stock & Goods Management

• Unbox and store goods at designated locations

• Maintain systematic arrangement of materials

3. Material Inspection & Verification

• Check quality and quantity of inward materials as per SOPs

• Receive goods and verify against relevant Purchase Orders

4. Quality Assurance Coordination

• Ensure only QA‑approved materials are taken into stock

• Arrange for rejected materials to be returned to suppliers for rework
