Full-time Management & Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Manage store operation and staff in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Hit overall targets in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Hit individual targets as assistant Branch Manager.
• Manage irate customers and execute proper escalation of concerns.
• Maintain complete stock and provide daily inventory updates to all sales personnel.
• Conduct regular product training in the store based on new products for sales personnel.
• Other related duties.

Job Qualifications

• At least 2 years work experience in leadership or management.
• Availability to work at any time necessary to open and close the store, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, apply skills, and train and develop staff.
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor...
