As a Store Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily store functions and ensure all operations run smoothly. With a focus on team collaboration and service excellence, you'll support staff and facilitate smooth transactions. Your experience in retail and team supervision will be essential to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the store securely each shift
• Count and balance tills before and after shifts
• Conduct daily audits and manage cash register operations
• Restock items and assist with Warehouse orders
• Coach staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• 1-3 years of retail experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
