Reports to: District Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations in customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, shipping & receiving, and health & safety.
- Manage store expenses and operational performance to maximize store profit.
- Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business unit strategy.
- Mentor and guide Associates to ensure they are well trained...
