Job Description
HOFF is seeking a Store Manager for our La Roca Village location. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and represent the brand image with energy and integrity.
You will organize schedules, coach a small team, optimize in-store experiences, manage stock and visuals, and coordinate with HQ to ensure top performance.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in store management in fashion/premium brands, fluent English and Spanish, and a passion for trends.
