Job Description
Responsibilities
Leads overall store operations with a focus on driving sales performance, team leadership, and delivering excellent customer service. Oversees showroom presentation, inventory management, and coordination with inter-department to ensure product availability and visual appeal of the store.
Qualification
Have at least 5 years of Store Supervisorial/Managerial experience in the related field, ideally in lighting or home furnishing industry
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Has strong Customer Service Skills
Have passion for selling and getting the best for our customers
Highly interested in home furnishing and interiors
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
