Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and execution to improve store profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
- Increase business by building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage P&L, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance objectives; analyze reports to identify and solve issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain service level agreements, handle customer complaints, and pursue customers as needed.
