The Role
Our Retail Team is looking for a Store Manager for our Woodgrove Centre location in Nanaimo, BC! JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager with an upbeat attitude and a passion for sporting apparel and footwear. The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store in all aspects from driving sales, ensuring the store meets visual standards set by the Merchandising team, and building and coaching a team to provide best‑in‑class service for our customers.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Motivate sales team to exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Consistently look for ways to improve in‑store strategies while maintaining company standards.
- Develop a community culture through strong customer rapport and exceptional customer service.
