Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to join a Premium/Luxury Italian brand in the city center of Madrid. As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support and train your team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise the sales team, providing guidance and coaching to achieve sales goals and KPIs. Your role will also involve fostering on the customer experience, managing customer flow, and resolving customer issues.
