We’re on the lookout for the next team leader of our brand in Barcelona (L'Illa Diagonal). As a Store Manager , you’ll be the face of our brand image and values, overseeing all daily store operations while leading and working closely with your team to achieve the best results.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Define a sales strategy focused on hitting targets, adapting to peak seasons, and continuously improving sales processes in coordination with the Retail Management team.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a unique shopping experience by understanding customer needs, providing advice during purchases, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Team Coordination: Organize schedules and shifts, hold briefings to analyze KPIs, set action plans, and maintain team energy and collaboration.
