Pay: $21.00 per hour
As a Store Manager, you will:
Support Store Operations: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales. Follow up on leads (online, phone, and walk-ins). Provide on-site guidance to staff, including assisting, tasking, and training team members.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions, ensuring they feel valued and supported while driving strong sales performance.
Manage Daily Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations including collections, account management, and site administration. Prepare required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
