Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensuring business strategies are in place to achieve Retail KPIs including sales and cost targets
- Ensure that inventory and Days of Stock (DOS) is maintained at target levels, control shrinkage
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the store in compliance with SOPs including expiry management, shrinkage control, price updates, and back‑end documents
- Ensure availability of store range and promotion stock through RP and manual replenishments
- Ensure efficient staff deployment and manpower effectiveness through delegation, supervision, training, roster management and leave planning for smooth store operations
- Ensure the store ambiance, cleanliness, merchandise displays and planograms are maintained at expected levels
