STORE GENERAL MANAGER This role reports to the District/Operations Manager.
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the successful daily operation of the dispensary and developing a professional team that is passionate about the cannabis industry.
The GM is also responsible for overseeing daily operations, store specific marketing & promotions and working with other administrative departments to maintain accurate compliance, procedures and reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the dispensary.
Roles and Responsibilities Staff Management Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling, following payroll budget guidelines.
Communicate with and coach staff regularly to ensure the dispensary's excellence in service and labor practices.
