You will guide your team in delivering high-quality omni-channel experiences, including managing eCommerce sales and strict adherence to service levels. This role also includes enforcing operating models and ensuring compliance with store policies while driving team development through continuous coaching and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer service team to exceptional performance
• Ensure store compliance with maintenance and pricing
• Monitor and achieve shrink targets through teamwork
• Oversee annual inventories and compliance policies
• Provide coaching feedback during shift starters and one-on-ones
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of retail experience in management
• Strong skills in coaching and team development
