Job Description
Store Keeper — Manufacturing Factory (Short JD) Role: Manage receipt, storage & issuance of materials; maintain accurate inventory records. Key Duties: Receive & verify materials against purchase orders Issue materials to production with proper documentation Maintain stock records (ERP / bin cards / registers) Conduct periodic stock audits & reconciliations Monitor reorder levels & raise replenishment requests Ensure proper storage Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality & Accounts Follow safety, 5S & ISO/GMP standards Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Commerce / Materials Mgmt) Experience: 2–5 years in store/warehouse (manufacturing preferred) Skills: ERP (SAP/Tally), MS Excel, attention to detail, physical fitness Reports to: Store Manager / Plant Manager
