Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail | FMCG Industries Grade 12 Knowledge of Butchery operations and retail meat management Experienced in Meat cutting techniques | Carcass breakdown, and Product yields Stock control and rotation | Ordering | Receiving | Inventory management Strong understanding of Food safety | Hygiene | Health, and Safety regulations Valid Driver's License and own Transport required Contactable references and payslips required Salary Structure: Basic Salary based on experience (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
