Job Description
Job Overview:
Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of materials and equipment, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring availability for fuel retail operations and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, spares, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the system (ERP/SAP).
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and track consumption.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests for critical items.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of fuel-related materials and spares.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams on deliveries and shortages.
- Maintain HSE and housekeeping standards in the store/warehouse.
