Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Support Partner Enablement: Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement plans. Provide end-to-end support to ensure partners meet technical readiness standards for storage project delivery.
- Promote Specialization & Atmosphere: Drive partners to achieve technical specializations (e.g., Flash Storage, Data Protection). Foster a positive and collaborative “partner atmosphere” by encouraging knowledge sharing and community engagement within the service ecosystem.
- Capability Evaluation & Mapping: Regularly evaluate partners' service capabilities through technical audits and performance reviews. Maintain and update the Partner Service Capability Map to identify strengths and address regional service gaps.
- Technical Training & Mentorship: Conduct technical workshops and certification prep sessions (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE) to elevate the skill level of partner engineers.
