Position Title: Storage Engineer I

Location: Remote
Shift: Primarily M-F 8-5 Must be willing to work off shifts, nights, weekends as required.
Reports To: Enterprise Storage Manager, IT
Position Summary:
The Storage Engineer I responsibilities include completing work on major, complex projects with full competency. Coordinate with both technical and non-technical staff and vendors on the implementation of complex projects. Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems on both physical and virtual infrastructure platforms. Recommend, implement and document corrective solutions and preventative measures. Monitor performance metrics within the Data Protection and Storage environment such as disk I/O utilization, bandwidth utilization, processors, port utilization.
