Position Summary
The Storage Engineer I is responsible for completing work on major, complex projects with full competency. The role includes coordination with technical and non‑technical staff and vendors, performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems on both physical and virtual infrastructure platforms, recommending, implementing and documenting corrective solutions, monitoring performance metrics within the Data Protection and Storage environment, evaluating and recommending new technology solutions, and providing support and guidance to IT across the Mercy Health enterprise.
