TheStock Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished HDPE ducting products. The role ensures efficient stock flow to support uninterrupted production and timely distribution, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all stock (raw materials, finished goods, and consumables)
- Monitor stock levels of polymers, extrusion materials, and packaging supplies
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
Stock Control & Movements
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuing of stock to the factory floor
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) where applicable
- Track movement of finished products from production to dispatch
