This role sits at the heart of a busy hospitality operation with a fine dining restaurant, bar, and kitchen all drawing on stock daily. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a head for numbers, and the discipline to keep stock accurate and costs under control in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
