Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric (essential) Certificate or Diploma in Stock Control, Inventory Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (advantageous) Experience Minimum 23 years experience in stock control, preferably within hospitality or lodge operations Experience with food and beverage stock control is highly advantageous Experience working with stock control systems and inventory software Skills & Competencies Strong numerical and reconciliation skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good understanding of stock rotation and inventory control procedures Knowledge of hospitality stock categories (food, beverages, housekeeping, maintenance) Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and stock management systems Strong organizational and planning skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Honest, reliable, and trustworthy Personal Attributes Highly organ...
