The Higgins Green Team in Manawatu Region are looking for a permanent full-time STMS to join the Traffic Management Crew.About the roleIn this role you will be leading a small crew you will oversee and execute temporary traffic management duties, safeguarding the public, site personnel and traffic flow. You will enjoy a work schedule of at least 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm and have the flexibility to work additional hours/days as required.
  • Design, adjust, and implement traffic management plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety measures and TMPs
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to crew members
  • Maintain accurate daily records and report incidents
  • Provide training and guidance to staff
  • Safely control traffic and maintain equipment
