Job Description

The role

As an STMS (Motorway), you will:

  • Lead and supervise a TTM crew on motorway and high‑speed environments

  • Plan, implement and monitor TMPs in line with NZGTTM and contract requirements

  • Set up, modify and remove traffic management safely and efficiently

  • Provide clear direction, coaching and support to your crew on site

  • Carry out site risk assessments and actively manage changing site conditions

  • Be a visible safety leader who looks out for their people and the travelling public

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, planners and other work groups across the IDC

    You’ll bring:

  • Current STMS (Motorway) – Category C qualification

  • Strong experience working in motorway / high‑speed traffic environments

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a small crew
