- You are responsible to ensure function / kitchen / outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- You need to ensure that all rental / loan of equipment are recorded accordingly with proper documentation.
- To ensure all catering equipment are maintained and kept clean.
- Monitor the quality of the product and service provided.
