What is expected of me in this role?
- To ensure that the assigned place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- To perform general cleaning duties a s assigned by culinary leadership
- Keep all kitchen, stewarding and staff cafeteria areas clean at all times
- To clean and wash dishes according to the established performance standards.
- To clean and wash pots, pans and other kitchen utensils according to performance standards. ...
