    • Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise stewards and casual labour; conduct briefings and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.

  • Ensure all stewarding, production, and service areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards, including pest control.

  • Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of chinaware, glassware, cutlery, and other operating equipment.; minimise breakage and damage.

  • Prepare and supervise equipment setup and cleanliness for events and daily operations; ensure readiness according to function sheets.
