We are seeking a reliable and proactive Steward to join our operations team. The role is suited to individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism within a catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dining and kitchen areas are impeccably clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, handling all necessary equipment and supplies.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in kitchens, manage cleaning schedules, and operate dishwashing machinery.
• Supervise the stewarding team, providing leadership, training, and enforcing compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct training for team members on food safety, HACCP, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Prepare and manage dishware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment, ensuring proper storage and disposal of waste.
