Job Description

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to hotel standards.

  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment.
  • Keep kitchen, dishwashing area, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and setup tasks when needed.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
