Job Description
Our client, an aerospace and defense manufacturer in Sterling Heights, is seeking a large Steel Die setting press operator to join their team. As a large Steel Die setting press operator, you will be part of the assembly team supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently, a strong work ethic, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Steel Die setting large press operator**
**Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan**
**Pay Range: $18/hr-$20/hr**
**Shift:** 1st shift: 5am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts
Saturday is mandatory overtime typically 6-8 hours
**What’s the Job?**
+ responsible for stamping, assembling components, conducting repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently.
+ produce steel, aluminum, and prototype parts on a 2000 + ton hydraulic press
+ Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts...
