About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Steam Engineer to operate and maintain natural gas and biomass boilers, ensuring a safe, stable, and continuous steam supply to support production operations. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, operational efficiency, and safety standards within the boiler house and requires working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule .
Key Responsibilities
Boiler Operations & Monitoring
- Operate natural gas and biomass boilers within defined safe operating limits
- Ensure stable and continuous steam supply to meet production demands
- Monitor boiler parameters including pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption
- Adjust boiler output in response to production requirements and load fluctuations
- Troubleshoot pressure and steam supply issues promptly
