Job Description
- $120 - $130 K + super + incentives Mon to Fri as needed other times

1. Sales and Business Growth
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
* Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and implement growth.
* Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners, to deliver regional campaigns and promotions.
* Monitor, analyse, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales per hour, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
2. Store Operations and Standards
* Ensure all stores within the region consistently comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
