Job Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through job portals and other channels
- Screen resumes and assess candidate's suitability for each position
- Conduct initial interviews and provide structured assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in onboarding new hires and managing contract documentation
- Support day-to-day team operations, including correspondence and scheduling
- Hands-on experience of talking to people from all walks of life
- Exposure to the diverse range of job positions and requirements in the healthcare industry
- One-to-one mentorship with HR professionals
- Minimum diploma or degree
