Staircase Epoxy Floor Repair and Recoating Works
Scope of Work:
- Grind or scrape away the damaged epoxy coating to expose the underlying surface.
- Clean and prepare the surface for new epoxy application.
- Apply a new layer of epoxy paint matching the original color and finish.
- Apply a clear sealant to protect the new epoxy coating and ensure durability.
- Carry out the epoxy repair works at the following locations:
- Staircase 1 – 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, and 4th Floor.
- Staircase 2 – 2nd Floor and 4th Floor.
