Job Description
Stainless Steel Welder (FCAW / CWB) – Short-Term Rush Project
Location: Fort Saskatchewan, AB
Project Timeline: Starting Mid-August (14–16 days straight)
Placements Confirmed By: August 10th/11th
Shift Structure: 12-Hour Shifts Day or Night Crew split
Base Compensation:
- Journeyman: $40.00/hour
- 3rd Year Apprentice: $36.00/hour (90% of Jman)
- 2nd Year Apprentice: $30.00/hour (75% of Jman)
**Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour for all hours worked on the Night Shift
We are looking for 6 skilled Welder Apprentices (2nd/3rd Year) and Journeymen to join a rapid-response, high-priority fabrication project in Fort Saskatchewan starting in mid-August.
This is an intensive, short-term rush contract consisting of 12-hour shifts running for 14 to 16 days straight. The crew will be split evenly between day and night shifts. While this is primarily a project-based role with a scheduled layoff upon completion, exceptional candidates who prove th...
