Position Overview
Nexperia is a leading semiconductor company. This role is a Package Architect within a European R&D team, collaborating globally with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define semiconductor package functionality and performance.
- Act as the first‑level technical support onsite.
- Lead small technical projects.
- Support OSATS (outsourced semiconductor assembly and test systems) technically.
- Interface with global package and assembly development community.
- Collect technical customer needs, market trends and benchmarking information.
- Propose innovative solutions.
- Provide package expertise to all Business Group functions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Semiconductor Packaging, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Technology, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
