Fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (C1) and Portuguese B2+
A core operations position owning staffing execution across Portugal .
You will be the reliability and risk owner for contracts, payroll, and labor compliance as the technical core of operations.
The Role
You run the operational engine of our Iberia staffing business:
- End-to-end worker lifecycle and contracts
- Payroll control, validation, and approval
- Labor compliance (CBAs, TGSS, SEPE, CASIA, Mutua, PRL)
- Audits, inspections, and complex cases
- Operational readiness for invoicing and margins
